Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced detectives are currently investigating a shooting in Raceland that has left one man critically injured.
The victim was found near the corner of St, Louis Street and Meadow Lane, and he was taken to a hospital.
Deputies received the initial rail repealing the shooting just after 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. September 15.
