Ida Adams Naquin

Ida Adams Naquin, 92, a native of Larose, La., and a resident of Raceland, La., died Monday, April 20, at 3:30 a.m.

She is survived by her sons, Anthony “Tony”, Dedward “Woody”, Gerald, Elton and Raymond Naquin; daughters, Jan LeBlanc, Mae LeBlanc, Rose Harrelson and Linda Bernard; sister, Rita Adams Naquin; 31 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gustave Emile Naquin; parents, Lucien Adams Sr. and Marie Orgeron Adams; brothers, Whitney, Lucien Jr., Taylor and Sidney Adams; sisters, Loridia Adams Bernard, Cora Adams Ledet and Annie Adams Danos; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews, La. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. at the church with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
