Emma Pitre Touro, 91, a native of Lockport, La., died on Saturday, November 12, 2016.
Mrs. Touro was a lifetime member of the Raceland Memorial American Legion and VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her niece and caretaker, Annette Bourgeois; and numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Burial is at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church Mausoleum in Mathews.
