Earl James Boquet, Sr., age 75 passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 3:15 am. He was a native of Bourg and a resident of Schriever, LA.
Earl is survived by his wife of 37 years, Julia Marie Benoit Boquet; son, Todd M. Boquet; daughter, Penny M. Boquet and Christine E. Boquet; step daughter, Mary “Angela” Hebert; brothers, Leroy Boquet, Sr., Richard Boquet, Sr., Daniel Boquet, Sr., and James Boquet, Sr.; sister, Gloria Romero, Barbara Noel, Dorothy Matherne, Evelyn Matherne, Joan Harp, Karen Fonseca, Geraldine Bedell and Lynell LeBoeuf; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
Earl served in the US Marines. He enjoy cooking, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
