Council vies for $10M grant

Perry Clark Pagan, 52, a native of El Dorado, Ar., and a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, April 13.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie H. DeLaneuville; daughter, Charlotte Noel Zedlitze; brothers, Harold Jr. and Drew “Whit” Pagan; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold E. Pagan Sr.
He was a member of Christ Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, April 17, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma with the funeral service to follow.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
