Leonard Joseph Pollet, 63, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Schriever, La., died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.
Mr. Pollet was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, godfather and friend. He was a self-employed carpenter for more than 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sharon Pollet; daughters, Rachel Bonnette and Tanya (Jeremy) Martin; sisters, Karen (Eric) Olivier and Delsie (Louis) Stevens; brothers, Oscar Jr. (Janice) and Dale (Toni) Pollet; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Hilda Pollet.
Burial is at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery in Schriever. (Thibodaux)
