Irma Vedros

Irma Pennison Vedros, 82, a native of Cut Off, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died on Thursday, August 4, 2016.

Mrs. Vedros was retired from the Lafourche Parish School Board and known as a loving mother, grandmother and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Vedros Sr.; sons, Johnny and Danny Pennison; daughter, Susaon Larousse; step-sons, L.J. (Charlene), Craig (Karen) and Todd (Tami) Vedros; step-daughter, Charlotte Parr; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Burial is at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.
