Bayou Country Superfest not returning

Terrebonne Parish Recreation (TPR) announced on social media today that the 2020 registration for softball and baseball leagues will open on Saturday, February 1.
The following leagues are available for softball: Rookie (ages 7–8), Minor (ages 9–10)
Major (ages 11–12) and Rec/Competitive (ages 13–18).
The following leagues are available for baseball: Rookie (ages 7-8), Minor (ages 9-10), Major (ages 11–12) and Sophomore (ages 13–15).
Baseball games are scheduled to start April 4, and softball games are scheduled to start April 27.
Registration closes on March 2 for both sports.

The TPR social media posts also say coaches and assistant coaches are needed for both sports. People can call 985-873-6584 to contact a TPR staff member and learn how to sign up.
