Joseph Harold “Bert” Bertrand, 80, a native of Eunice, Louisiana, and a resident of Boutte, Louisiana, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Bergeron Bertrand; sons, Jesse (Yolanda), Frank and Patrick Bertrand; daughter, Melissa Bertrand; two grandchildren; and sisters, Ruby Gochoske and Mary Deshotel.
