Several local students named to LHSAA Fall Sports All-Academic Composite Teams
October 15, 2024Terrebonne High School Crimson Pride is proud to present the 2024 Battle on the Bayou, where local bands from across southern Louisiana will compete in a thrilling showcase.
The Battle on the Bayou will take place on October 19, 2024 at the Thomas B. Smith Stadium at Terrebonne High School. Each school will perform for 15 minutes. The schedule is as follows:
- 3:45 PM – Destrehan High School
- 4:00 PM – Morgan City High School
- 4:15 PM – South Terrebonne High School
- 4:30 PM – Patterson High School
- 4:45 PM – Lakeshore High School
- 5:00 PM – Vandebilt Catholic High School
- 5:15 PM – Riverside Academy
- 5:30 PM – Westlake High School
- 5:45 PM – Rayne High School
- 6:00 PM – BREAK
- 6:30 PM – Ellender Memorial High School
- 6:45 PM – Hahnville High School
- 7:00 PM – Thibodaux High School
- 7:30 PM – Walker High School
- 7:45 PM – South Lafourche High School
- 8:00 PM – Dutchtown High School
- 8:15 PM – Central Lafourche High School
- 8:30 PM – St. Amant High School
- 8:45 PM – Terrebonne High School
- 9:00 PM – AWARDS
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for students, and free for children under 5. Spectators are reminded to follow these courtesy guidelines:
- Do not leave or enter the stadium while any band is performing. Spectators are enjoying the show and deserve a clear view of the performance, and many are videoing or taking pictures of their loved ones.
- Please remain quiet during performances. Silence cell phones and refrain from talking during performances– however, cheering is encouraged, especially after a solo, movement, or toss.
- Remember to support ALL bands. Regardless of which band is no the field, applaud and cheer for all performers, and refrain from criticizing other bands. Every band deserves attention and respect.
