September 20, 2017Kaye Villatoro was allegedly steaming mad about something which happened earlier in the day.
To blow off steam, she planned to tie up two women and drag them down the street before beating them up.
But it didn’t work and now Villatoro is in custody of the Thibodaux Police Department.
On Sept. 14 at approximately 8:46 p.m., authorities said they were called to a home in the 100 block of North 13th Street by victims where were locked in a bathroom during a home invasion.
The victims – two females – said that Kaye Villatoro was trying to break into the home.
When officers arrived, they located the suspect on the property, while also locating a black bag with zip ties, gloves and a knife inside.
Authorities said the suspect confessed to TPD that she planned to tie the victims up and beat on them as payback for an incident earlier in the day which upset her.
Villatoro, 33, of 722 Bourg Larose Highway, Bourg, is charged with attempted home invasion and a 17th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear on a charge for possession of a schedule IV drug (Clonazepam), as well as a probation violation.
Villatoro is held in the Lafourche Parish Jail on a $20,000 bond.
