March 3, 2008A lineup of grapplers will attempt to settle their differences in the ring as part of Mid-South Wrestling Entertainment’s “Retribution,” which slams into Houma’s Bayou Blue Recreation Center on Saturday, March 8.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and the bell time will follow at 7 p.m.
“Retribution” will feature the return of former WCW, WWE and TNA superstar Kevin Northcutt, as well as a six-man tag team main event pitting Northcutt, Marty Graw and Big Joe against A Pimp Named Slick Back, Tasty Terry and Sassy Vegas.
Other stars scheduled to make appearances are Double Trouble, Nick Bondage, Halfbreed, T-Wolf, Menace to Society, Kool Breeze, Juantastic, Minotaur and many others.
Ringside tickets at the door can be purchased for $15, and general admission tickets are available for $12. Advance ringside tickets cost $12, and advanced general admission is $10.
General admission for children 12-and-under is $10 at the door and $8 if purchased in advance.

Those looking for an encore can attend Mid-South Wrestling’s third annual “Carnage for a Cure,” which will be held at the Chackbay Fair Grounds Saturday, March 22.
The event will feature A Pimp Named Slick Back, tasty Terry Bryant, Minotaur, John Steele, Nick Bondage, T-Wolf, Marty Graw and Big Joe.
Gates open at 10:30 a.m. and the bell time follows at 2 p.m.
Also included will be an Easter Egg Hunt (for children 12 and under) at 10:30 a.m. and the musical stylings of LA Groove (from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.).
Donations are $10 for the band and wrestling show and $5 to participate in the Egg Hunt.
All contributions go toward the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
