* WHERE…All of southeast Louisiana and southeast and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
