February 1, 2007Houma Police are searching for a 16-year-old runaway, and are asking the public for help.
Lt. Todd Duplantis, a department spokesman, said the teen’s mother notified police Monday afternoon that her son, Dyron J. Harris, of 210 Stovall St., ran away from home.
The woman said she left her home between noon and 1 p.m. Tuesday, and when she returned her son was gone, Duplantis said. Although his attire is unknown, the woman described her son as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, having brown eyes and black curly hair.
A BOLO has been issued through the NCIC for the missing/runaway juvenile, the spokesman said.
