The Junior Auxiliary of Houma is excited to announce John Poiencot and Jason Bergeron will host the 2022 Dancing with the Stars event. The dynamic duo will serve as the jazz hands to an unforgettable night of hot steps, twirls, and dips you won’t want to miss!
The local celebrity dance-off is held annually as a fundraising event to benefit children and families in Terrebonne Parish through the JA of Houma’s service projects. Tickets to the event include entry, entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and liquor. The dress code for the event is cocktail attire, and sequins are encouraged.
Those who purchase tickets in advance will receive a discount and first come, first served table seating. General admission tickets are $75, tickets for two are $125, and a table for 10 is $850, tickets can be purchased here.
The Junior Auxiliary of Houma has donated thousands of volunteer service hours to the community over the past 49 years. The organization is dedicated to making a lasting difference in the community, by meeting the needs of its citizens, especially children.
The 2022 JA of Houma Dancing with the Stars event is set for Saturday, August 20, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
