The Lafourche Parish Public Library System is offering free internet for a week to those with library cards.
The library system reminded folks on social media this weekend that they have hotspots available for checkout at all of their branches – technology that can provide Internet on-the-go for any local who needs it.
Checkout is for a period of 7 days and locals are welcome to take them on vacations, car trips, to work and/or anywhere they they’d love to enjoy free Wi-Fi, but do not normally have service.
