April 7, 2011Lydia Gibson has joined Patterson State Bank as a loan originator.
“We are very excited to have Lydia join our loan production team,” said Bill Martin the bank’s executive vice president. “She has years of mortgage production experience and her outgoing/sales personality adds to our strong team of mortgage professionals.”
Born in Puerto Rico, Gibson lived in Boston for 32 years before relocating to Louisiana in 2003. Since then, she has completed mortgage origination classes and obtained her national origination license. Over the past seven years, Gibson has developed loan origination experience in all existing home loan products, including FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development and conventional loan programs.
“I look forward to working with a true community bank in south Louisiana,” Gibson said. “Patterson State Bank has been around since 1925 and, reading through the history of the bank, it is obvious that the bank is very customer-oriented and takes pride in moving quickly through the lending processes for its customers.”
