Lafourche Parish Government and T. Baker Smith announced the times and locations of four scheduled public meetings as the entities seek input on the parish-wide drainage master plan.

In addition to old-fashioned comment cards, stationed at Lafourche Parish libraries, senior citizen centers and the three parish government buildings, the public can voice their thoughts on the study at the following meetings:

April 18 at Mathews Government Complex, 4876 La. Highway 1, Mathews

April 20 at Greater Lafourche Port Commission Office, 16829 E. Main St., Galliano

May 2 at Choctaw Volunteer Fire Station, 2854 Choctaw Road

May 4 at Bayou Blue Recreation Center, 200 Mazerac St.

All meetings will begin at 6 p.m. More information on the progress of the drainage master plan can be found at www.lafourchedrainage-study.com.
