No, I’m sorry. Even though the traffic light at the intersection of Main Street and Barrow IS in fact blinking, power has NOT been restored to the area.
According to Ernest Brown, Utilities Director, Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, while DOTD continues to work on road conditions, the light may have been temporarily powered by a generator or an emergency battery supply.
