March 30, 2016Two alleged meth distributors are off Terrebonne Parish’s streets following an early-morning raid last week.
Lucas Riley, 47, and Joshua Lewis, 30, of 3621 Euclid St., in Houma, were arrested after Terrebonne drug agents, SWAT and K-9 personnel executed a search warrant at the residence, Sheriff Jerry Larpenter said. Shenika Lewis Riley, 34, and Iyanna Lewis, 18, were also charged.
The search warrant followed a covert operation involving meth sales.
Lucas Riley and Joshua Lewis reportedly attempted to flush the evidence in the bathroom, Larpenter said.
Authorities recovered a .45-caliber Ruger P 90 – the serial number scratched off – with seven live rounds; $869 in cash; two boxes of .223 ammunition, three .45-caliber rounds and a .44-caliber round; as well as methamphetamine, heroin and, on a spoon, heroin residue, as well as marijuana and a marijuana cigar, the sheriff said.
Lucas Riley was charged on arrest warrants for three counts of distribution of a CDS Schedule II (meth) and one count principle to distribution of CDS Schedule II (meth). Larpenter said he was charged with possession of CDS 1 (heroin and marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession with intent to distribute CDS Schedule II (meth); illegal possession of a firearm while in possession of CDS and for possession a handgun with an obliterated serial number; illegal proceeds derived from distribution of a CDS; and obstruction of justice.
Joshua Lewis’ arrest warrants included possession with intent to distribute CDS Schedule II (meth); possession of a firearm while in possession of a CDS; possession of CDS Schedule I (marijuana); and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; possession with intent to distribute CDS Schedule II (meth); illegal possession of a firearm while in possession of a CDS; illegal possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number; and illegal proceeds derived from distribution of a CDS.
Shenika Riley was charged with possession of heron, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, as well as illegally possessing a firearm while in possession of CDS, of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, and illegal proceeds derived from distribution of CDS.
Iyanna Lewis was charged with possession of heroin, marijuana drug paraphernalia, meth, a firearms while in possession of CDS, of a firearms with obliterated serial number and illegal proceeds derived from distribution of CDS.
