January 28, 2010Alexis Faith Perkins, infant, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Montegut, La., died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010.
She is survived by her mother, Emma LeBouef Perkins; sister, Ella Perkins; grandparents, Horace Sr. and Harriet LeBouef, Richard, Sr. and Carole Fanguy, and George and Shirley Perkins.
She is buried at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
