Alvin “Mule” Theriot, 51, a native of LaRose, La. and a resident of Chauvin, La. died Sunday, June 24, 2007 at 12:30pm.
He is survived by his wife, Cherly B. Theriot; one daughter, Meghan Theriot; step-son, Benjamin Dupre; step-daughter Sarah Landry; two brothers, Terry “Joe” and Ralph Theriot; three sisters, Cathy Chenette, Deborah Olson, and Annette Dubois; two step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert, Jr. and Rowena Theriot; one sister, Cheryl Theriot.
Alvin was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary in LaRose.
Visitation is Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from 8:00am until 12:30pm at Samart Funeral Houma in Cut Off, La. The funeral will follow at Our Lady of the Rosary in LaRose at 1:00pm. He will be buried at Holy Rosary Cemetery in LaRose, La.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
