Annie Lee Doucet Leger, 79, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died Friday, Jan. 27, 2012.
Ms. Leger was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow.
She is survived by her sons, Lee Jr. and Carl (Lucy) Leger; daughters, Jolande (Steve) Scott; Adea (Tommy) Mayet, Carla Robbins and Margaret (Jorge) Montoya; sister, Leona Boudreaux, 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rosa Doucet; brother, Nolan Doucet; and sisters, Earline Mickles, Iona Dupre and Rosa Doucet.
Visitation will be 1:30 to 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano. (Falgout)
