Annie Collins Craver Zeringue, 94, a native of Leeville, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died Friday, September 21, 2007, at 5:55 a.m.
She is survived by one son, Charles “Bob” Craver and wife Rose; three sisters, Leonise Smith, Kate Cheramie, and Leona Duet; six grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Moss Craver; her second husband, Marks Zeringue; her parents, Aramise and Leonise Anaclade Collins; three brothers, Paurise, Juan, and Rogers Collins; and five sisters, Delta Bryant, Mae Dantin, Ruth LeBlanc, Vergus Boudreaux, and Margie Collins.
Annie was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Savoir Catholic Church. She loved quilting and reading. She also was one of the Annie the Riveters of Higgins Aircraft.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
