Ava Danielle Cortez, a native and resident of Lockport, La., was stillborn Thursday, July 10.
She is survived by her parents, Brad and Kalli Cortez; brother, Braden Michael Cortez; sisters, Sadie Faye Cortez and Claire Marie Cortez; grandparents, Arlene Cortez, Daniel “Mike” Cortez, Daniel Martinez Jr., Susan Martinez, and Gary and Kaffie Galliano; and great-grandparents, Harold and Pauline Dufrene, Ruby Cortez and Lolita Martinez.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Daniel Martinez Sr., Daniel Joseph Cortez, and Shedrick and Gladys Dominique.
She will have a graveside service at 9:30 a.m., Monday, July 14, at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.
Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
