February 13, 2012Barbara J. Lewis, 72, a native of Lafayette, La., and resident of Franklin, La. died at 9:31 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012.
She is survived by her son, Jarvis Jackson Sr.; daughters, Gwen Roberson, Rachel and Barbara Jackson, Jackie and Karen Johnson and Marilyn Philpot; four stepsons; six brothers; three sisters; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Triumph Baptist Church with services to follow. (Jones)
