Barbara Jane Cunningham Lapeyrouse, 69, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, April 30, 2012.
Mrs. Lapeyrouse was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She was a former employee of South Central Bell and co-owner of L & L Towing. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her.
She is survived by her companion, Ronnie Boudreaux; sons, Darrell (Donna) and Jerome (Trisha) Lapeyrouse; daughter, Danita (Eric) Dinger; brother, Michael (Cynthia) Cunningham; five grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Lapeyrouse; parents, Edward and Lily Cunningham; and step-grandchild, Andre Unbehagen.
Burial was at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. (Chauvin)
