Bernice Crochet Curole, 93, died Sunday, December 28.
She is survived by one son, Bob Curole and companion Lou Bourgeois; one daughter, Katherine Richardelle and husband E.J.; five grandchildren, Cheryl Cheramie and husband Rickey, Jimmy Richardelle and wife Cori, Darryl Richardelle and wife Lisa, Lisa Melancon and husband Scottie, and Bonnie Gradney; five great-grandchildren, Danielle and Sydney Richardelle, Marcus Curole, Devin Melancon and Ty Gradney; two step-grandsons, Christian and Derek Kim; six sisters, Annie Crochet, Cecilia Chatagnier, Agnes Babin, Irene Michel and husband Victor, Dorothy Didier and Frances Sellars; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Hector Curole; her parents, Clovis Crochet Sr. and Isabella Guillot Crochet; three brothers, Clovis Jr., Peter and Paul Crochet; and two sisters, Velma and Isabella Crochet.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off, La., with mass to follow. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Mausoleum.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
