Betty Ann Bertrand Loupe, 76, a native of Mathews, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011.
Mrs. Loupe was a homemaker.
Miss Betty did not have children of her own however she spiritually adopted Bobby, Tina and Luke Aucoin to become her children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwis Loupe; and parents, Charles and Sadie Bertand. (Falgout)
