Betty B. Daffron, 84, a native of Wetumka, Okla., and resident of Dulac, La., died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012.
Mrs. Daffron worked for Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government for 30 years. She enjoyed reading quilting, painting and ceramics.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty Pellegrin, Mary Daffron and Beverly (John Sr.) Boudreaux; sisters, Mary Mount and Jewell (Jack) Ward; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Daffron Sr.; parents, Isom and Callie Bruce; sons, George and Perry Daffron; daughter, Mable Daffron; brothers, Gene and Carl Bruce; sisters, Beverly MacFarland and Deliah Scherenbeck; and one grandson. (Samart)
