Betty Gros Aysen, 71, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Luling, La., died Friday, June 19, at 2:15 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin J. Aysen; sons, Travis P. Aysen and Mark A. Aysen; daughters, Rhonda Aysen Ordoyne, Mary Aysen Stolf and Gina E. Aysen; brother, Robert “Bob” Gros; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Modeste Trosclair Gros.
She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling and a member of the Po-Ke-Na Club.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, June 22, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
