Bobby J. Sampey, 66, a native of Raceland, La. and resident of Cut Off, La. died Thursday, December 13, 2007, at 2:30 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Agatha M. Bourgeois Sampey; one son, Timothy M. Sampey; and two brothers, Godwin J. Sampey and Nelson P. Sampey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah J. and Aline M. Breaux Sampey.
Bobby was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church. He was a security guard for Southern Guard and a United States Army veteran. He was a member of the VFW Post No. 3665 and American Legion Post No. 349.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
