Carmen Mire Guarisco, 92, a lifelong native and resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010.

She is survived by her sons, Albert (Arlette), Peter III and Gerald (Judith) Guarisco; daughters, Rosalie (Gerald) Voisin, Clair Giordano and Carmen Freia; brothers, Gerald and Donald (Sweetie) Miree; sisters, Nina Hildago, Elaine (Bill) Hillard and Merle Groce; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete D. “Hub Club Pete” Guarisco; parents, Albert and Angeline St. Clair Mire; brother, Neal Mire; and three sisters, Doris M. Guzzino, Carolyn M. Goulas and Gladys M. Guarisco.

She is buried at Morgan City Cemetery.
