Chad “Moose” Charles Tabor, 40, a native of Labadieville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012.
Mr. Tabor was employed by Bollinger Shipyards in Amelia, La., and was a bantam football coach for the Chackbay Cajuns. He was a devoted father, son, brother, cousin and friend. His kindness, compassion and generosity will be missed.
He is survived by his son, Dawson Tabor; stepson, Donee Fields; parents, Walter Jr. and Rose Tabor; and sisters, Tammy (Don) Daigle, Pamela (Jody) Folse, and Jennifer (Patrick) Harrison.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter Sr. and Marie Tabor and Albert and Marie Gauthreaux.
Burial was at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
