February 27, 2012Chad Michael Barras, 32, a resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012.
Mr. Barras was a talented carpenter who volunteered weekly at Lighthouse Community Church. He had a very giving heart and was eager to share anything that he had. He will be missed.
He is survived by his parents, Don and Jane Barras; sister, Casey (Tom) Kowatch; three uncles; and four cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Preston and Hilda Verrett and Joe and May Barras.
Interment was at Morgan City Mausoleum. (Twin City)
