Chaddrick Anthony Taylor, Jr., infant, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, La., died Tuesday, May 20.
He is survived by his parents, Chaddrick Taylor Sr. and Heidi J. Cheramie; grandparents, Susan G. Cheramie, Bernadette Taylor and Michael Johnson; and great-grandparents, Charles and Mary Ann Griffin and James and Irma Cheramie.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chris Cheramie.
He will have a graveside service at 11 a.m. Monday, May 26, at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano, La.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of the arrangements.
