Lafourche permit office tries to stymie
April 21, 2011Charlene Mary Chauvin, 57, a lifelong resident of Franklin, La., died Saturday, April 16, 2011.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Thibodaux Chauvin; daughter, Summar Chauvin; Godchild, Katherine Jones; brother, Michael Chauvin; and one grandson, Brayden Chauvin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Manly Chauvin Sr.; and two brothers, Gerald and David Chauvin.
