Clifford S. Howard, 60, a native and resident of Belle Rose, La., died at Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Medical Center in Houston, Tx., Saturday, September 20.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn A. Howard of Belle Rose; one daughter, Sabrina H. Hamilton; two sons, Keith and Kirk; his father, Calvin Howard of Belle Rose; one sister, Ramona Melancon and husband Sterling; one brother, Elston Howard; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ida Howard; one sister, Sherridell Howard; and one brother, Eugene Howard.
He was a self-employed trucking operator and a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.
He was buried at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church Cemetery in Bertrandville, La.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
