Clifton “Kippy” Sevin, 77, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rose Sevin; daughter, Rhoda Conner; sons, Craig and Todd Sevin; brother, Gerald Sevin; sister, Mona Toups; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Sevin; parents, Ferdinand Sr. and Bernadette Sevin; brothers, Lawrence, Earl and Ferdinand Jr. Sevin; and sisters, Loretta Gaudet, Alice Pelotto, Dorothy Matherne and Margie Caillouet.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews, La., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland, La. (Falgout)
