Collins LaSalle, 94, a native and resident of Patterson, La., died at 4:35 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2010.
Mr. LaSalle was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a World War II veteran. He was a carpenter for the St. Mary Parish School Board and a member of The American Legion Post in Patterson.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothty Vilo LaSalle; sons, Charles (Rose), Carlton (Monica), Chief Patrick (Joanne) and Collins LaSalle; daughters, Karla (Alexander Sr.) Christine LaSalle Bluntall and Paulette (Clyde) LaSalle Row; sister, Alzena LaSalle Boutte; one sister-in-law; three brothers-in-law; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Collins was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and two grandchildren.
He is buried at St. Joseph Mausoleum.
