David Tran, 63, a native of Bentre, Vietnam, and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, September 2, 2007, at 11:25 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Luu Tran; one son, Nick Tran; two daughters, Anh Tran and Samantha Tran; one brother, Dan Ngoe Tran; and two sisters, Kieu Wang and Moi Tran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoa Tran and De Duong Tran; and one brother, Lam Tran.
David was a retired fitter with North American Fabrication.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 1332 N. Halsted St., Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60622.
Chauvin Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
