Davis Pitre

Davis P. Pitre, 53, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010.

He is survived by his brother, Joseph, Tilman, Jimmy, Jeffrey and Timmy Pitre.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. and Doris Delaune Pitre, and sisters, Jane Bynum and Judy Pitre.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday, Feb. 1, at Samart-Mothe Funeral Homes in Cut Off. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Mr. Pitre will be buried at Cheramie Cemetery.
