Dawn Faye Douglas, 33, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2012.
She is survived by her brothers, Delloid (Rhonda) Douglas and Jerome Parker; and sister, Freda (Patrick) Pharr.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine and Bernie Douglas; and grandfather, Lawrence Parker Sr.
Burial was at New Rising Sun Baptist Church Cemetery. (Jones)
