Dolores Marie Lapeyrouse Hebert, 74, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Saturday, October 4, at 5:52 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, Glynn Hebert and wife Nanette Hebert and James Hebert and wife Roxanne Hebert of Chauvin; daughters, Amy H. Chauvin and husband Ben Chauvin and Jan M. Hebert of Luling, La.; brothers, Nolan Lapeyrouse of Chauvin and Druby Lapeyrouse of Ponchatoula, La.; sisters, Eulice St. Pe and Elma Bernard of Chalmette, La.; six grandchildren, Christopher M. Hebert, Philip P. Hebert, Jonathan M. Hebert, Bailey M. Chauvin, Timothy M. Hebert and Calley M. Chauvin; one great-grandchild, Mae Anna M. Hebert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Paul Hebert; parents: Caliste T. Lapeyrouse and Octavia M. Portier Lapeyrouse; brother, Luby Lapeyrouse; and sister, Joyce L. May.
She was a retired store clerk for Chauvin Brothers over 30 years and a member of the Woodmen of the World. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 7, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a mass of Christian burial to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
