Donna H. Semien, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Peoria, Ariz., died Friday, March 8, 2013.
Ms. Semien was a retired accountant who loved arts and crafts, doing needlepoint, watching movies and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons, Alejandro (Yvonne) and Miguel (Laurie) Semien.; brother, Ronald (Brenda) Hickman; sister, Charlene Hickman; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Mildred Hickman; sister, Sementra Barrow; and grandparents, Thomas and Mille Turner.
Burial is at New Rising Sun Baptist Church Cemetery in Houma, La. (Gertrude Geddes Willis)
