Dorothy Guedry Pyle, 79, a native of Opelousas, La., and a resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, March 21, at Terrebonne General Medical Center.
She is survived by her son, Robert Noah and wife Melanie Pyle; daughters, Bess E. Pyle and Alice Martin and husband Brian; sister, Bessie Durio; and grandchildren, Phillip and Noah Pyle, and Pearce Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Pyle; and parents, Noah Guedry and Dorothy Pearce Guedry.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, and 8 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 25,at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland with entombment to follow at the church mausoleum.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
