Dorothy “Dot” Guidry, 78, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Friday, September 28, 2007, at 12:59 p.m.
She is survived by her son, Marty Duet; her daughter, Greta Thibodaux and her husband Alan; one brother, C.J. Guidry; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleophes and Aline Guidry.
Dorothy was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Visitation is Saturday, September 28, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. until Noon, with the funeral to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
