Elmo Joseph Hebert, 74, a resident of Gray, LA. and a native of Jennings, LA., died at 12:50 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2007.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thursday at St. Louis Church, with burial in the church mausoleum.
He is survived by his companion, Janice Hash; his son, Mark Hebert and companion, Theresa; his step-sons, David and wife, Kelly Hash, and Randal and wife, Dawn Hash; his daughters, Debra and husband, Rhal Martin and Billie and husband, Pel Price; his step-daughter, Linda Gautreaux; his sisters, Delta Duplechin, Eve Menge, Rosalie Sutton and Isabelle Hebert; 6 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Hilda Roache Hebert; his brothers, Joseph Jr., Chester and Curtis Hebert; and his sister, Ruby Buffonie.
He was a parishoner of St. Louis Catholic Church and was retired from Acadia Shipyard.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
