Elmo Pellegrin, 95, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:10 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010.

Mr. Pellegrin was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church the Houma Masonic Lodge, Order of Eastern Star and Houma Shrine Club. He loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Lottie Guidry Pellegrin; son, Donald (Lois) Pellegrin; daughters, Alice (Jeremiah) Turner, Evelyn (Buddy) Whitney; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He is buried at Terrebonne Memorial Park.
