April 1, 2010Emmarita Benoit, 62, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
She is survived by a brother, Richard (Kathy) Benoit; nephews, Justin and Clayton Benoit; daughter, Renee Shukla; and good friend, Gary Benoit.
She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
